Product Payment Information
For bank transfers, you can deposit the purchase price for the product through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or directly at a nearby bank.

– All exchanges and returns from Ravid are processed only through pickup by a designated courier.
– Customers cannot send packages on their own or request separate addresses .
(In the case of random delivery, the package may be returned or additional costs may be incurred.)
When exchanges and returns are possible
– Exchanges or returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
– If the product you received is different from the displayed/advertised content or if the contract is not fulfilled as agreed , you can apply within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact, or within 3 months from the date of receipt.
Cases in which exchange and return are not possible – If the product is lost or damaged
due to a reason attributable to the customer – If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption – If the value of the product has decreased to the extent that resale is difficult over time – If the packaging of a product that can be duplicated is damaged – Since pre-order products are made to order due to the nature of the sales method, exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind may be restricted, and this will be notified in advance through the detailed page and the product description in the event information.
※ If you request an exchange or return due to a simple change of mind (difference in color, scent, personal experience, etc.),
