Product Payment Information

– All exchanges and returns from Ravid are processed only through pickup by a designated courier.

When exchanges and returns are possible
– Exchanges or returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
– If the product you received is different from the displayed/advertised content or if the contract is not fulfilled as agreed , you can apply within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact, or within 3 months from the date of receipt.
Cases in which exchange and return are not possible – If the product is lost or damaged

Aku suka banget sama yang merah ini! Vivid Red Firming Ampoule bikin kulit terasa lebih kencang dan cerah. Pas dipakai sebelum makeup juga bikin hasil foundation lebih nempel 💋
